This site is developed by well-known Play therapist Rise Van Fleet. She is widely renown for her Play Therapy techniques and continuing new ideas in the area of Child Centered Counseling.

Many resources are available to site users free of charge as well as materials, which can be purchased to enhance ones, play therapy techniques. It is extremely valuable to counselors who practice play therapy as one can email the author and ask pertinent questions dealing with play therapy or a specific individual.

This site also has a page specifically for parents. It defines play therapy, answers frequently asked questions, and provides other sites, which parents and other professionals can search for more information.

This site can be useful for professional development and as a useful day-to-day tool in the field of counseling. Several links are made readily available to research play therapy and its components outside of this particular site. The site is not “Bobby approved” and is not user friendly for the visually handicapped.
