The following scholarships are available in the Guidance office. Applications can be obtained from Mr. Gilbertson or are available for pick up in the outer Guidance office, located in the NEW SCHOLARSHIP BINDER.

| Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee Scholarships | 3 Scholarships have been created to provide financial assistance in obtaining post-secondary education and career development to youths that, along with their families, have been actively involved in the Watertown Winter Farm Show and or 4-H. | Alert $500 Scholarship Scholarship | Must be a senior with a 2.5 GPA. Must write an Essay about a personal encounter you or someone you know has had with drug and/or alcohol abuse. | South Dakota Youth Institute Competition | Students in 9-11th grade may work with a teacher to write a 2-3 page research paper about world hunger. Winners will attend the Youth Institute at SDSU. Top participants could receive a $500 scholarship.
